Yes, I'm writing about "youtube n00bs" today. These amusing yet increasingly annoying creatures are quite apparent in the everyday dealings and activities of the site. They are especially prominent in the Anime Music Video portion of the site. They are the guys, or girls, that think they are especially good at editing when really they suck worst than the show Frasier. But, not being a talented or experienced editor is not what gets these particular people the title of "n00b". The person's attitude is usually the cause. You can usually tell if you are dealing with a n00b if they do the following (now with examples) :
- Rate your videos down because they "hate" you and only because they "hate" you.
- Take criticism like a total pussy.
- Erase criticism from their video comments.
- Leave douchebag comments on your channel.
- Send rude messages to you just for the hell of it.
- Call you a "n00b" for no apparent reason
- Leave douchebag comments on your videos. Example:
- Type in all caps, can't write coherently, and/or type in "game speak" while not gaming.
- Lacks any clear sense of logic.
- Makes death threats that a) aren't realistic b) are less threatening than a basket full of kittens.
I'm sure there are many more but frankly that's all I feel like listing. There is no clear way to deal with them. Ignoring them works best, but sometimes when you are bored provoking them, and all the idiotic happenings that come with them, seems somewhat desirable. You must resist the temptation. Once a "n00bs" has locked on to you they will never, and I mean never, leave you alone. They find joy in, seemingly from their prospective, causing harm to you. Usually they are just an annoyance, like mosquitoes that swarm around you trying to suck your blood and give you West Nile.
